Big news from FitCode Conditioning. I'm now going to be doing online personal training. I'm using the app Trainerize. If your not close enough to train face to face, or just want to do workouts on your own with my guidance, this is an option for you. My rates are inexpensive, as it will only be 100 dollars a month per client. This app is great, as it allows me to send you workouts with videos to show you form and proper technique.

My name is Cody Hughes and I Own and Operate FitCode Conditioning. I have experience with muscle endurance, weight loss, and power and strength training programs. I graduated with my Education Degree from the University of Alberta in 2015. I also, have my PTS from Canfit Pro. I am a certified and insured personal trainer. I have experience with weight loss programs, strength development, rehabbing injuries and many other areas. I personal lost over thirty pounds.

Training should be a joint effort, and in today’s world having someone that you can count on is a must. Individual plans are developed so that goals can be reached. Training is a massive field, and my focus is always on technique first, then introducing new exercises. What separates me from the rest is I genuinely want to change your life. I believe that success is measured on how we can make positive changes, not only with our physical body, but also, with our emotional and social state.
