I teach traditionnal hatha yoga, a set of techniques that will enable you to gain flexibility, steady your mind and open yourself to your full potential. Learn the fundamental postures of yoga, as well as breathing and relaxation techniques that will leave you calm and refreshed.
I took my first yoga class when I was 9 years old, and began my meditation practice at the age of 15. I completed my teacher training at the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Camp in 2017. Since then, I have been perfecting my practice of yoga and its teaching. I have taught to students of all age groups in Montreal, Toronto and Val-Morin, as well as in Paris, Strasbourg and Orléans. Students love my energy, sensitivity and clear instructions. For me, sharing joy, peace and health through yoga is a daily need!
