Succulent house plant in black pot

This succulent plant is newly planted in fresh cactus/succulent soil, with pea gravel in a black pot. It will need minimal water about every 2 weeks and blossoms with white flowers about twice per year. It will only get a little taller and will eventually sprout babies at the side. You will not need do anything but water through the next few years. Place in a sunny or bright light location indoors, and you can place it outdoors when things warm up under a covered area.
