Responsibilities:
-Operate and maintain UV flatbed printer(s) with a high level of proficiency.
-Prepare and load materials accurately according to the job requirements.
-Monitor the printing process to ensure quality and make adjustments as necessary.
-Perform routine maintenance on printers to ensure optimal performance.
-Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to print quality, color, and machine performance.
-Collaborate with the production team to manage workflow and meet production deadlines.
-Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
-Adhere to all safety and operational procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
-Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience operating UV printers or similar digital print equipment.
-Strong understanding of printing processes and materials.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Good communication and organizational skills.
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
-Previous experience in a print production environment.
