Anyone looking for an awesome table for the garage/shop look no further, took the advice of some people last time I posted and here’s the finished product.
-none of the “weld it correctly and it’ll be pretty close to flat” it’s flat, as flat as it’s gonna get
-3’x2’x1/2” steel top
-fully machined, no torch, laser or any other thing
-gas nitrided for spatter and rust resistance
-1/2” threaded 6” grid
-5/8” thru hole on 2” grid
-etched grid lines for referencing square
-1/2” threaded on corners to lift table top off to keep a permanent fixture & also to run a ground whip directly off the table
-frame is also machined after powdercoat to ensure flatness
-adjustable legs with leveling feet
-legs removable to use on pre existing table with leveling feet or standard bolts
-open between legs to accommodate sitting
-rectangular tubing frame
-custom clamp feet so you can use whatever clamps you want instead of paying $200 for one bessey.
