17/8/2014 - I had never heard of the term Monkey Mind, but instantly connected with the meaning. As I read further, I realized it was my incessant need to control situations that creates 'monkey mind'. (I unrealistically think that if I put a lot of effort into a project and I'm doing well, then the whole world should recognize what I'm up to and not hamper my efforts) The poor souls that hamper my efforts generally have no idea what I'm up to nor are they intentionally trying to hamper my efforts) When it happens, I feel boxed in, the 'monkey mind starts and then in 24 hours when I calm down and see things clearly, I am embarrassed. If I could take a pill and sedate myself for 12 hrs when I have to do a work around because of someone's actions, it would help...but of course I don't. Meditation may just do the trick. - Jon

25/7/2014 - I found the yoga today to be a great relief. There is a long way for me to go...But I feel hopeful, confident and reassured. My mind feels clearer...The shaking and pain has dissipated. I feel this knowledge and guidance will assist me in recovering and enable me to move forward. The instructor is genuine...Personable and very kind.I really feel this and other tools, insight and support I am receiving...Are a treasure that I have been seeking for so very long. Hope and balance! I will cherish this knowledge and appreciate it, for the rest of what I am now able to accept will be a long, healthy and happy life. 11/3/2015;Recently I meet this Life Coach and knew she was special after having been enlightened during just one simple conversation with her. She listened to me speak, without judgement and only her kind eyes to let me know she was listening. She taught me about the Breathe, the art of accepting the things I can't change and how to embrace feelings and move on.
