Full Time Customer Service Nurse Manager
Customer Service Nurse Manager is expected to have strong interpersonal communication skills and problem solving ability, should be committed to self-professional development, continuous quality improvement, service excellence and to comply with all safety requirements, policies and procedures for the safety of the residents. The Customer Service Nurse Manager is responsible for the leading, promoting, coordinating and evaluating the Long Term Care Service, ensuring optimal resident outcomes by promoting best practice through staff development and in accordance with the guidelines set CARNA
Required Experience:1 Year Nursing Management

Casual Registered Nurse/Graduate Nurse
The Clinical Nurse functions with authority from the Nurse Manager and ensures that care services are consistently provided to all residents correctly, effectively, efficiently and at a consistently high level by all assigned subordinate
Qualifications: Must be a Graduate of a recognized School of Nursing, Baccalaureate Degree in nursing and Gerontology Certificate preferred. Equivalent combinations or education or experience could be considered. Current registration or eligible for registration with the CARNA.
Physiotherapist: FTE 0.5
Reporting to the Director of Care, the Physical Therapist ensures clients are provided with appropriate therapy service in accordance with current physical therapy practices. The Therapist achieves this by taking a leadership role that helps clients maximize/maintain their independence and/or comfort by incorporating client-centered goals. He / She also participates as a member of an interdisciplinary team and keeps job knowledge update.
Must be physically capable of performing lifts, transfers and other physical activities as required. This includes the ability to frequently lift, push or pull 20-35 pounds and occasionally lift, push or pull 40-50 pounds.
Gradate of an accredited school of physical therapy. Licensed with the College of Physical Therapy of Alberta. Eligible for membership in the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
Previous experience in continuing care and/or community preferred. Knowledge of Chinese is an asset.
Must have a current and clear security clearance.
