We all need a break whether it's to get out and have a cup of coffee with a Friend may go to the show maybe just to go for a drive. I completely understand When looking after a loved one, it can be very demanding and stressful and wears you out. I'm more than happy to come and sit with your Loved one throw in a load of laundry. Maybe make a meal. Keep them company while you get a little bit of time to yourself, which we all know everyone needs now and then I live in the Oshawa area.
