Job Description:Job Description Responsibilities:- Provide aesthetic services to clients (can be adapted to your specialty such as facials, waxing, body treatments, lashes, etc)- Educate clients on skincare and beauty products- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries- Maintain a clean and organized work area- Provide exceptional guest services and ensure client satisfaction- Upsell retail products to enhance the client's experience Experience:- Previous experience as an esthetician or in a similar role is preferred- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients- Sales experience and ability to upsell products and services- Attention to detail and ability to provide personalized recommendations based on client needs- Hospitality mindset and passion for providing exceptional customer service Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
