I have a beautiful vintage rug hooking cutter for sale. I'm guessing it's about 75 years old. It could be 100 years old. I have the information pamphlet that came with it and have included a copy in the pictures.
It appears to be about a #4 . It is mainly a display piece for a store or someone who loves hooking. It would make a great present for the right hooker.
