HO Gauge Model Railroad Set

I am selling an HO gauge train set that was part of an inheritance. I believe the set last ran in 1963 and has been in boxes since. Though there are some quality rail cars included, my low price reflects that some TLC is needed. The set would be excellent as additions to an existing layout

I assume all of the pieces for the various buildings are there but it is quite unorganized. Some cleaning and oiling will be required. Some of the train engine motors need to be reinstalled (it looks to be a straightforward task)… I assume everything can be made functional but I don’t have the expertise to know for sure.
