For Sale By Business

Our company (follow the link below) has been designing, manufacturing and installing premium quality metal railings for both interior and exterior applications since 1993.

This client's home was built 30 years ago. It had solid oak banisters/railings with colonial shaped spindles painted white.

This was the defacto decor style back then. They served their purpose but the look became a bit dated (doesn't everything over 30yrs?).

We removed all of the spindles, made and installed new newels/end posts (MDF and trim) and then manufactured and installed steel railing panels. These were all polyester powder coated (for a beautiful and permanent finish) matte black.

We installed the spindles between a top and bottom steel piece in order to create railing panels. This allows us to easily and quickly remove the railing spindles (if we were to refinish the steps and/or install some other flooring treatment).

To finish the railing off, we sanded, painted and re-installed the original top hand rails.

The price is per linear foot for the metal railings (finished railings only, not installed). It does not include the price for the newels/end posts (as there are many different designs and prices, however for budget price you can use say $200 each. Built and professionally painted. Not installed).

The specifications for this project are 3/4 inch square spindles at 6.0 inch on center attached to 1/4" x 1" flat bar (top and bottom) made into railing panels, powder coated and installed.

We're proud of this and the many other railings we've completed throughout Ontario. If you supply us with some photos of your existing railing and perhaps some links to the style of newels you're interested in, we will supply you a no obligation quotation for you entire railing project.

We've included both before and after pictures.
Thanks for looking!
