Built in the style of a farm house then moved to the lake in 1990s and placed atop metal pilings so it will not shift. The cottage has a wraparound deck, built in 2019, for plenty of sun or shade. There is a large crawl space under the deck and cottage for additional storage.

The cottage has 4 bedrooms (can sleep 10+) and a bathroom with a shower. Supported by a 200 gal cistern, with hot water tank and pressure tank for a good shower. A 300 gal septic system is also tied to the cottage.

There are 2 A/C units one upstairs and one portable downstairs, three outside awnings for shade and 2 patio doors on the main level so the cool breeze can flow through on those hot lake days. For those cool nights there is a propane fireplace and electric radiant base boards to heat your home.

The upstairs has an outside deck to watch the Canada Day Parade and provides a view of the lake on two sides and a large rec room/bedroom for kids along with additional storage. While the main level has a large mud room, fridge and additional storage under the stairs.

Updates to the cabin include plumbing upgrade in 2022 that included a new pressure tank and shower. In 2021 new vinyl wood-grain flooring was installed in the main living areas of the main floor.

Outside you will find a shed for storage, propane barbecue, seating and tables, an electric club car with charger and a small fire pit for those late night gatherings with a healthy stockpile of wood.

Also included with the sale is a permit to park an additional trailer on the property, a fee/night or per season is required to be paid to the park when this is used.

The reason we are selling this awesome property is we live too far away and have three kids that are moving away, so there is not enough time for fun at the lake. The lake has great fishing, jet skiing, paddle boarding, water skiing, tubing and is the most southern and warmest reservoir in Alberta so great for swimming. The amenities at the lake include: a grocery/ice cream store/concession, a beach, a public dock, a frisbee golf, and a mini golf course just to name a few.
