    The house is heated by a forced air oil furnace which easily heats the house. Very good heating system! The air tight wood stove  can be /is used too. It has a very well designed cold air intake to the furnace off the pipe that can circulate it through the house with just the blower on! This is a fully professional installation, inspected Well designed and placed buildings..(house and shop) near the road..as well as lots of large trees protect the yard and provide lots of shaded areas. The way it is fenced gives a much larger side and back yard making it easy to keep kids and pets safe and in view.

    Well built..nothing flimsy around here.

    Pretty much everything around here works as it should. The heating system..high quality oil furnace that has been maintained works perfect..Plumbing..well,pump,NEVER any issues there. All the taps and drains work well.LOTS! of water AND HOT water! The electrical system. Never any issues there either. Plug in whatever you want on the kitchen counter!

     Really inexpensive house to live in and maintain!!  Cheap taxes,insurance,heat,hydro..stays nice and cool inside in the summer and warm in the winter.

 This  is a great property with  a huge amount going for it! Just let your imagination run wild with what you can do here!

  I can work with the new owner for just about anything they might want done around here.

 

   GREAT for your family,dog, kids..friends...keep lots of toys..a place to keep them and play with them.  There is actually a very nice little park beside the river with kids swing sets,slide etc and a very large gazebo with bbq's!
