Partial furniture - you only really need to bring your own bed, and chest of drawers - i.e bedroom stuff - there is a closet in all bedrooms, as well as window dressings, plus a ceiling fan in most bedrooms.

New dryer

$525 per room per month (individual leases) inclusive of all utilities, including on-site laundry, but excluding air conditioning and all extra electrical appliances. (Extra appliances - $25 each per month).

Sorry, air-conditioning is NOT included, and tenants will be billed if anyone installs and uses one.

OR: $3000 per month inclusive as above, but with all tenants on one lease.

OR: $425 per room per month (individual leases) exclusive of utilities and internet if you prefer (get a group of six, and it would actually work out cheaper in the long run; you would not be cold – the furnace does an excellent job).

There is a large eat-in kitchen and open-plan dining area with a sunken living room which opens out onto a private, spacious backyard and patio area. (New deck and patio doors this year – 2016).

The furnace was brand new in August 2014.
