This is a 1,300 sq ft mobile home that has been completely renovated. There is a master bedroom and master bath at one end and Jack & Jill bedrooms separated by a bathroom at the other. The kitchen/living area is open concept. There is a large mud room with a wood burning fireplace.
Mudroom floor is terra cotta. Kitchen, hall and bedroom floors are laminate. Living room floor is partially hardwood and partially carpet. Both bathrooms have ceramic floors.
If you are an equestrian, in front of the house is a 2-3 acre paddock for your horses so you can have coffee in the kitchen and watch your horses out the window.
All cats are welcome. Only small house dogs are welcome as we have sheep and that doesn't work well with medium or large dogs.
Whomever we rent to will need to accept the responsibility of feeding our horses and dogs if/when we are away. This could be a few days throughout the summer and a couple of weeks during the winter.
Utilities for the 6 months of spring and summer came to $100/month for two adults with five horses. (Five horses are too much strain on the paddock. Two horses are ideal ... three might be okay.) I expect winter utilities to be $300-ish. (We are on both an electrical and natural gas co-op, so prices are about 1/3 lower than with ATCO, etc.)
