$70 or best offer (just let me know what you would pay for it)! Price is very negotiable. It must be gone before April 20th! Price has decreased from $109. This is a solid wood hutch in great condition overall. Only one small dent on the right cabinet doors, and the only stain is inside the bottom right cabinet (bottom shelf). The cabinet doors have magnets to keep them closed (although the magnet strength on 3 of them is weak now). The cabinet space is continuous inside (i.e., nothing separate the left and right cabinets), and there is a removable shelf in the middle. The buffet also has 2 drawers that work fine. The hutch (top part) can be removed. Please see the last two pictures for approximate dimensions. Pick-up only, no delivery. Last possible time to pick it up is the morning of April 20th.
