Cream Lamp with Gold Trimming

Cream Lamp with gold trimming. It works great, however, the lamp tube and check ring are loose. If someone is handy and tightens it, you'll have a lovely, beautiful lamp. See the video showing the issue. I tried to tighten the lamp myself to no avail. I didn't know what I was doing :( The screw is in a small bag that I removed. Measurement is in the last photo.
