    Description

Elite Lighting Ltd has spent thousands on R&D on these lights. Don’t be fooled by knockoff cheapo-s. I sell thousands per month and have very little overhead, that is why the price is what it is. These are fully CSA approved and are 100% complaint, in the event of a fire or other issue you will not be left stranded. Garages, shop, commercial spaces, dairy barns, chicken barns, sheds, enclosed trailers, under cabinet, tray ceiling, accent, signs and construction- these are just a few of the uses my customers have used these lights for. I have sold 45,000+ of this exact light and have had zero negative feedback.

Each light is 48” long and comes with the following: 2 upgraded heavy duty metal clips 1 upgraded short connector for joining lights continuous 1 12” Flexible Jumper Cord for joining at a distance 1 12” Starter Cord for powering the first light of a row 1 End plug for capping off the end light of a row

-cUL and cETL Approved -DLC listed (3rd party efficiency standard) -18w per 48” Light -2484 lumens DLC -137 lumen per watt -SMD 2835 Chipset -Average 82 per 15 amp circuit at 80% load -0.95+ power factor -12 per row max run -50,000hr rated lifespan -100,000hr full lifespan -(-40 to +60 Celsius) - 3 year free replacement warranty

    Pricing 4-49pcs $30 each 50-99pcs $28 each 100+ $25 each

    Models Available

-6000k Frosted Lens (by far the most common choice) -6000k Clear Lens (good for signs and very tall ceilings) -5000k Frosted Lens (more natural, less blue) -5000k Clear Lens

    Accessories Available

-Wall Socket $10 (plugs a light or light row into a plug in) -Light Socket $10 (plugs a light or light row into a screw in socket) -20” Jumper $7 (for spacing lights or going around obstacles) -40” Jumper $10 -80” Jumper $10

    Others

    40w Double Housing $70 each 25w High Output $40 each Dimmable 120v $40 each 12v based $40 each Blacklight $40 each Coloured $40 each

Here’s an example comparing 18 and 25 watt versions. My shop for instance uses 4 rows of 12 in 18 watt. It would use 3 rows of 12 in 25 watt. My shop has 18ft ceilings, I wouldn’t recommend widening the spacing with the HO (25w) lights in a ceiling less than 12’. If you want a more intense light that’s fine, but you shouldn’t really use less of them.

    48 18w lights at $30 each is $1440 36 25w lights at $40 each is $1440

    48 18w lights use 864 watts 36 25w lights use 900 watts

    48 18w lights make 103680 lumens 36 25w lights make 117000 lumens

Now, 4 rows will be easier to look at and give better coverage (less shadows), but 3 rows of HO are actually more light. 3 rows would be less wiring, but you can run more 18w lights per row.

It is often best to consult me in aiding your decision as to which light is better for you

Example #1- I recently sold some to a guy renting a bay for his woodworking. Being a renter he did not want to replace the land lords lighting on his dime and have to leave it there when he leaves, he installed these lights without removing the fluorescents, this is the optimal real world comparison. His 8-8' bulbs draw 640 watts total, he used 18 of these bulbs which draw 324 watts.

Example #2- One of the many local places I installed these is our auction house in town. In an area 60'x80' I replaced a bunch of old failing fluorescents. Operating 10 hours a day, 5 days a week figuring 5 cents per kWh, their lights were costing them $124 per month! That's not counting the statistical light failure rate of 1 every 20 days. What I put in is costing them $19 a month and should give them many years of zero maintenance. Their wireless bid system has also been a lot more stable since the retrofit.

Something to think about when considering LED retrofits is your CSA approval, these are approved and because they are their own fixture the approval is valid. When you replace a fluorescent and remove the ballast you lose the CSA spec.
