- Holding (30) 1/6 size pans up to 6" deep, this unit helps streamline the sandwich prep process while conveniently holding common sandwich or salad toppings.
- The lift-up lid encloses the top to maintain proper food safe temperatures, and a full-length 8" deep removable cutting board mounts the table surface as a space for slicing ingredients and assembling orders.
- This unit is constructed of high-quality stainless steel with an aluminum interior for long-lasting use.
- Beneath the workspace is refrigerated storage accessed by (1) left-hinged door and (2) right-hinged doors with a 105 degree stay open feature that makes loading and unloading product easy and efficient.
- Inside the unit, 6 adjustable epoxy-coated shelves make for optimal organization and high-density, non-CFC foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation adds structural strength and increases efficiency.
- An LED display control ensures the internal temperature can be consistently monitored.
- The powerful 1/4 hp refrigeration system runs on eco-friendly R450A refrigerant to keep food at temperatures between 32 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
- This prep table comes with (4) 4" casters, making it easy to move the freezer for cleaning and maintenance.
- Two of these casters include standard locks, steadying the unit for safe use.
