It was opened on the day of sale to insert a SIM card which has been removed. It is rated #2 in the current Consumer Reports only to the iPad Pro and includes cellular LTE1 for connection outside of Wi-Fi networks. It comes with a Wall/USB charger and Quick Start Guide.
