When I sign into Google and attempt to use Google Play to download apps, it just freezes! And if you do get to search an app it just continuosly swirls and swirls, nevermind trying to actually download it is android device running on lollipop 5.0.1 as seen in pics. I have searched and it seems as though there is no upgrade for this operating system screen has minor scratches, and one port is missing on top beside volume buttons(all in pics) and the "a" on the keyboard is missing. Was originally $270.00 new. USB charging port but does not come with cord. Holds its charge really well! Great deal for someone who is techy.
