Tea wagon or cart ,original tray, wheels, two side extensions

This is vintage. Don't think they manufacture such quality items. So useful as you can wheel it from place to place . Lift up the extensions for more space. Has a drawer . Having the original tray is very special as usual missing. The handle to pulll it has had screws put in to strengthen . Need a little TLC there, maybe Will need to see in person and make your evaluation. Casters are old. Look at the ornate wooh carved large wheels. Overall a very nice useful piece of furniture from 1930s?
