This is a 1970's resin-handled and stainless steel carving set
made under the name Pierre Alain, a trademark by Empire Cutlery Limited of Montreal, Quebec.
They first received the grant for this Pierre Alain name in 1970, so these could be no older than that (though people advertise these incorrectly quite often). They used stainless steel blades from Sheffield, England.
