This cabin is in a newly developed Sask park porcupine provincial park. Has lots & lots of snowmobile/quad trails.

There is enough room to build a cabin in front of the round one to keep it for storage. But I did talk to a local contractor and he said about $8-10k to knock down the cabin and haul it away.

New power service in garage 200amp service, new breaker box, all new equipment. Listed with a realtor was just at $152,000 & reduced to $129,000.00

Might consider partial trade of a gooseneck toy hauler camper with a 12’ garage or large 30’ + camper and maybe a 2020 and up Polaris 1000 XP side by side with low miles.
