Do you have a property near rimbey or Bentley? Got a couple acres or more that your not using? Treed l, no utilities, not farmable, that's ok! Getting screwed over by shady land owner in what was supposed to be a rent to own but turned out to be a sham and may have to move me, my family and a bunch of stuff by the end of the month!! I have panels and batteries to live off grid in camper, I have the knowledge and materials to make both a well and septic system. Looking for anything, hopefully on a rent to own or 99 year lease kinda deal and can afford up to 1500 a month, preferably less though. I am family skilled with renovations and mechanical repairs, have lived on a farm a good majority of my younger years and would be able to help with tasks u may have as well. i don't party, don't have a lot of visitors and am a fairly clean and tidy person. I would be willing to take care of all tasks and repairs and anything needed for the space myself and could even act as security on piece of land if u need.
