Tender is for the entirety of the land described above, and all buildings attached thereto.
Sealed Tenders to purchase the land will be received by: Holly Bradley, Jesse Bradley and Paula Bradley, 2876 Sunninghill Crescent, Regina, SK. S4V 0N2 until 4:30 PM, December 15th, 2016. Terms of Tender are as follows : 1. Each Tender shall be in writing and in a sealed envelope, plainly marked as to its contents and shall be submitted with a cheque payable to Gary Moore Barrister & Solicitor, in trust, in an amount equal to 10% of the tender price or 1% of the tender price along with a letter from a recognized financial institution confirming financing. 2. If the Tender is accepted, the cheque shall become a non-refundable deposit. If the Tenderer fails to complete the purchase of the property the Seller shall retain the deposit as liquidated damages. On December 16, 2016 unsuccessful Tenderers will have their cheques returned to them by regular mail. 3. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid by cash, cheque, or lawyer's trust cheque and trust conditions on February 2, 2017 (the Closing Date). 4. Possession will be provided on Closing Date. 5. The Buyers will pay the 2017 taxes . 6. The Vendors will pay all the property taxes and penalties relating to taxes accruing to Dec. 31, 2016 . 7. The Tenderer will pay the applicable GST or provide an acceptable undertaking to self-assess. 8. Time is to be of essence in submission of tender and closing of sale. 9. Highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. 10. Vendors shall provide a registrable transfer. Buyers shall pay all other fees and disbursements. 11. The Purchasers rely entirely on their own knowledge and inspection of the property independent of any representations made by or on behalf of the owners.
