Exner's Twin Bay is a Hamlet in Saskatchewan, part of the RM of Grayson, which was originally developed in the early 1900's and is still under active development in parts of the zone. This property is located in Exner's Twin Bay, at Crooked Lake. Crooked Lake is a popular recreational area in the southeastern region of Saskatchewan, located approx 30km north of the Trans-Canada Highway at Grenfell, on highway #47, then East for approx 10 km on Highway #247. Alternatively, Crooked Lake can be accessed by taking highway #605 at Broadview north for approx 30km, then west for a few km on highway #247. The lot is located between Cedar Cove and Melville Beach. Turn on Surfside West, which is a south turn off Highway 247. As you drive on Surfside Drive West, you will come upon the lot on your left hand side (north).
