Il est possible de faire plus facilement l'équivalent sur ce terrain à vendre.

  Ce terrain a une superficie de 61,600 m2 (663 057 pi2), soit 215 m (708 pi) de largeur (est-ouest) sur le chemin asphalté de la Municipalité (Route de la Grève) par 321 m (1053 pi) de profondeur (nord-sud) allant jusqu'en haut de la montagne.

Ce terrain peut se décrire en trois parties :

1.   La première partie du terrain, prés du Chemin de la Grève,  forme un triangle. Il est de 215 m (708 pi) de large (est-ouest) par 62 m (200 pi) de profondeur (côté est)  en se rétrécissant jusqu'à l'ouest du terrain.

2.     La partie plus haute de quelque 6 m (20 pi) au dessus du Chemin de la Grève, a une profondeur d'environ 122 m (400 pi) (nord-sud).  IL commence à l'est et monte en diagonale jusqu'à la ligne du terrain voisin situé à 215 m (708 pi) à l'ouest. Un chemin pourrait être fait tout le long de cette pente pour aller jusqu'en haut de cette partie de terrain. C'est en allant vers le haut que l'on a une vue panoramique sur le fleuve Saint-Laurent, par-dessus les arbres den bas.

3.     La partie plus profonde du terrain s'élève jusqu'en haut de la montagne.

Ce terrain est situé à 6 kilomètres du village de Saint-Simon, 15 kilomètres de Trois-Pistoles et 55 kilomètres de Rimouski ou de Rivière-du-Loup. 

N.B. Quelques avantages à posséder cet immense terrain ;

        1) vous pouvez occuper tout le terrain pour en faire un grand domaine où il fait              bon vivre dans la tranquillité et la beauté.

        2) vous pouvez construire votre chalet dans la partie la plus élevée afin de profiter de la vue magnifique du fleuve St-Laurent et de ses couchers de soleil et, afin de vous aider à payer l'achat de ce terrain, vendre la partie du terrain décrite ci-haut en 1, donnant sur le chemin de la Municipalité.

Démarche à suivre sur Google pour visionner le terrain à vendre

1.     Sur Google, écrire « Azimut GOnet ».

2.     Cliquez sur « Services en ligne GOnet-AZIMUT Solutions Géomatiques ».

3.     Entrez « Saint-Simon » et cliquer sur « 11 055 Saint-Simon (M) » en dessous de Saint-Simon.

4.     Cliquer sur « Rôle et matrice (SIG) ».

5.     À la gauche de l'écran, en haut, cliquer sur la loupe Q et entrer la matrice du terrain           4336201. Là est situé le terrain à vendre, soit le terrain situé en bas de l'écran où le             numéro 4336201 apparait.

6. Cliquez sur l'icone bleu foncé "Imprimante" dans la colonne de gauche.

7. Alors, apparait "Création du PDF". Cliquez sur le carré "CARTE" et le carré "Rôle". Cliquez sur "CRÉER"

8. Cliquez sur "OUVRIR LE FICHIER PDF". Alors apparait deux feuilles dont la première est la photo du terrain encerclé en vert pâle situé en bas de l'écran et une deuxième intitulée "Rôle d'évaluation foncière". À "Identification de l'unité d'évaluation", on indique que "l'utilisation prédominante" pour ce terrain est "CHALET OU MAISON DE VILLÉGIATURE". L'acheteur doit quand même faire la démarche auprès de l'inspecteur municipal de St-Simon  pour s'assurer de cette utilisation prédominante.
