Description

Located in Chabanel and Bailloquet Townships these 320 acres are east of Highway 17 and west of the Town of Wawa.

Comprised of 10 mining claims that were patented in 1907. These are patented lands that come with surface rights only. All trees other than pine trees come with the land.

The famous Magpie River flows to the west of the property and the property abuts to the Magpie River Terraces Conservation Reserve C1520. There is ideal fishing in the Magpie River with Trophy sized Brook Trout.

The property terrain is hilly and fairly level on top. The contours of the land are downhill to the west towards the Magpie River and downhill to the east towards Wawa. This is also one of the highest elevation areas in the Wawa region with views of Lake Superior, the Magpie Terraces and the river from the top and as far as one can see the other way. The Helen Mine can also be seen clearly from the property.

A seasonal road west of the property could be used to help get direct access to this 320 acres. Asking $800/acre and open to offers and discussions
