Spring clean up and summer yard maintenance services

Winterleaf Landscapes is currently taking on new clients in your area for regularly scheduled yard maintenance, spring and fall clean ups.

Spring clean up services consist of

-Deep core aeration -Dethatching -Lawn mowed and trimmed -Blow out beds, fence lines, hedge lines -Blow out gutters -Power edging of all walkways

Cost of services(estimated, but generally very close)

-Lots up to 4000 sq ft. $225.00 (minimum charge) -Lots between 4000-5000 sq ft. $250.00 -Lots between 5000-6000 sq ft $275.00 -Lots 6000 sq ft. and up $300.00 and up

The regular lawn maintenance charges would be the same monthly total as above, provided through the months of May-September, with service being provided on a weekly basis. Bag or mulch service provided.

Fall clean up takes place during the month of October if that service is desired, at the same cost as the spring clean up.

We also provide additional services as well such as power raking, hedge trimming, tree removal and pruning, stump grinding, rototilling as well as skid steer services.

A full range of snow removal services are also available and generally cost around the same amount as our summer rates.

There is also a 10% discount for seniors, as well as a 10% discount for multiple locations on one block, so referring a neighbor would entitle you both to the discount.
