Lawn-Boy enthusiast looking for wheel hardware from a vintage Lawn-Boy donor mower. The hardware will be used to replace well-worn parts on my fully-functional 1978 Lawn-Boy (model 5269G, 1st photo).
If you have an older Lawn-Boy (late 70s, early 80s) and are willing to part with the wheel hardware please let me know. Give me the model number of your mower (it is on the deck-tag between the rear wheels) and I’ll tell you if your parts would be suitable replacements.
WANTED/LOOKING FOR:
- 2 wheel mounting plates and 2 wheel shoulder bolts (photos 2 & 3 respectively).
Or,
- a pair of complete wheel hardware assemblies, less the wheels (photos 4 & 5).
If you have anything that resembles what I’m looking for please get in touch. Although not my preferred solution, if the price is right, I may consider buying a suitable "parts mower" or a complete, non-running, "project mower". In all cases, photos and an asking price would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
