Electric start, pull start, carb cleaned, wants to run but timing is off a bit I'm thinking. Runs on spray but barks and coughs, probably needs flywheel key replaced at crank to flywheel connection. Had it cranking and barking ready to run while in a project tractor, a Cub Cadet HDS2185 hydro drive commercial lawn tractor.
Giving up on the project, haven't got the time to complete it.
There is an exhaust collector pipe for it, but no muffler, pretty loud of course.
