Purebred bearded and crested Silkie chickens (chicks)

Offering our extra Silkie chicks as we continue to progress our lines❤️. Bred from show lines/in pursuit of Standard of Perfection purebred bearded silkies (no satin, frizzle, naked neck etc silkies in the lines we progress, we do have some frizzles that may appear in group photos, they are pets only) straight run chicks available (UNSEXED). See other ads for hatching egg info and other chick inquiries. We do not respond to inquiries for hens/pullets to this ad. Colour separated parent silkies (please note, chick down colour is not a final indicator of mature colouring and some colours are hard to tell apart).

$30 per chick. $10 etransfer deposit per chick required to hold, otherwise availability is first come. Chicks sell quickly. Please make deposit promptly if you would like to guarantee they are held. Minimum 2 chicks per order. If only three chicks are left available, must take remaining three. Chicks need company to be happy. Located by Allandale golf in Innisfil/South Barrie. Pickup only. Please bring a box with shavings or other adequate means of storage to transport them home. Chicks need a warm brooder and chick feed.

Our silkies are well loved, cage free and free range on rotation. They are raised around our kids and dog. They make amazing friendly, fluffy, calm, broody additions to the coop and are our favourite backyard chicken assistant biorecyclers! All of our adult silkies receive preventative treatments for internal/external parasites.

Policy: We cannot guarantee hatching eggs, chicks or chickens once they leave our hands. Due to strict biosecurity, we do not allow returns or exchanges. Deposits are not refundable or transferable and hold chicks/chickens for up to three days. Additional fee to hold longer than this. No shipping available for chicks. SOP breeding may still result in DQs.
