Our Nucs are made from, 10 frame, Single box 1 year old Colonies, reduced into 5 frame Nucs. The 5 best frames are selected and filled with a proven, crop producing, 1 year old, Manitoba Queen and Colony, with a first year 96% Winter survival success rate.
Will be inspected and in the past has always tested negative, by Manitoba Provincial Apiarist.
5 frames, 6 frame sides with brood, 1 frame food and 1 frame various ( brood, food, space ).
+ $20 refundable Pro Nuc box charge.
Nucs will be produced weekly, starting approximately May 13th through to June 3rd, depending upon Weather conditions.
