Hatching egg season is upon us! We have Olive Egger hatching eggs available. Fertility checks have been 90%+ the price is per dozen, and shipping is extra.
Our Olive Egger flock consists of Ameraucana hens, Legbar hens, and Olive Egger hens all covered by Black Copper Marans Roosters. We will also be including a pen of BC1 that is backcrossed to our Legbar roosters, these are guaranteed green eggs of many different shades. This gives us a variety of options for our customers such as puffy cheeked olive eggers, sexlinked olive eggers, dark olive layers, and green layers. Our pens produce offspring that are F1, BC1, and BC2. Because we have many different options, prices vary between pens.
Sexlink Olive Eggers: $55 per dozen
Assortment (F1 and Backcrosses): $50 per dozen
***Due to the genetics of Backcross Olive Eggers, roughly 50% of offspring will lay brown, and the other 50% will lay a dark Olive.
