Wanted: Dirt bike 125cc 2 stroke engine startup and repair?

Hi there, I recently bought a dirt bike project from a seller that wanted to sell the dirt bike frame and engine for parts after I bought this frame and engine from seller I wanted to start a new hobby this month after a recent bad relationship rejection over a crush I liked at my school just to keep me distracted from feeling depression over her for the past few weeks, anyways I’m recently wanting to know how to get this engine to work so that 125cc engine can be repaired and started once again since I know nothing about the condition of this engine since I heard it was sitting for awhile since I’m looking to find a mechanic expert thats able to help fix and repair these kind of stuff since idk much about 2 stroke engines since I’m more close to Honda clone 4 stroke engines hehe, if your willing to message me about knowing how to repair or start these kind of engines id be willing to give $200 for this maintenance please do so if your willing to and thanks for your time and consideration!!!
