Born in Santiago de Chile, he began studying guitar at the age of nine, at fourteen he entered the Faculty of Arts of the University of Chile to study classical guitar, then he continues to perfect himself at the Catholic University of Temuco with the Cuban teacher Carlos Lloró Sosa, to date he continues to perfect himself with the Italian teacher Christian Saggese .
He has received master classes from Luis Orlandini and Sebastián Montes from Chile, lutenist Hopkinson Smith (USA) and other prominent guitarists. At the age of 20 he began to compose for 6 and 10 string guitar. He recorded his first album at the age of 22 with works by Francisco Tarrega Eixea , Isaac Albeniz , Heitor Villa-Lobos and Joaquín Turina . He is currently a teacher and concert performer in classical guitar, Finalist in the International Guitars without Borders competition in Chile, he is currently director of the La Araucanía Conservatory of Music.
He has taken his music to various cities in Chile, Uruguay, Colombia, Paraguay, Argentina, Peru and Canada.
