Education : Minimum completion Secondary School or equivalent Skills : Efficient in Windows, Word and Excel Experience with Quickbooks and bookkeeping Proficient in daily running of an office Tasks : Assemble data and prepare invoices Prioitize work and ensure deadlines are met Maintain inventory Invoicing and receiving payments Other tasks as needed Experience : Minimum one year in an office admin roll Some knowledge of security cameras and installation an asset but not necessary. Hours : Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm Wages : $23.00 to start
