Tasks:
- Schedule and take minutes at board meetings.
- Prepare agendas and ensures that agendas are sent out in a timely fashion.
- Coordinate meetings, including attendees and catering.
- Produce documents and reports using various performance metrics.
- Schedule appointments and maintains appointment calendar.

Qualifications
