Operating a Multi-Line Phone System
Filing, Correspondence, Mail-outs, Scheduling, Data Entry
Support Staff as required to various departments

Skills Required:
Diploma in Office Administration or Equivalent Experience
Strong Communication Skills and Ability to Multi-Task in a high-paced environment
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe and Windows 10
Knowledge of Sage 50 Accounting would be an asset
CPIC and Confidentiality Agreement will be required
