We are currently looking to fill a Part Time Receptionist position commencing immediately. The successful candidate should have experience in an office setting.

Responsibilities include:

•Answering incoming calls, greeting visitors
•Receiving/sorting/processing incoming and outgoing mail
•Booking/Scheduling Listing and Showing Appointments
•Creating documents using Word, Excel and Powerpoint
•Maintaining spread sheets to track MLS listings
•Contacting agents with confirmed appointments/cancellations
•Design and print Feature Sheets
•Use of Design Center – Re/Max, Top Producer, OnRegional, Geowarehouse
•Create Waivers & Amendments
•Various Administrative functions


•Minimum 2+ years experience
•Basic computer skills
•Familiarity with Bestel or similar paging systems
•Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
•Diplomacy and tact in communication with all levels of employees, clients and visitors
•Initiative in assisting other employees at times when reception is slow
•Excellent written and oral communication skills
•Appropriate business attire

Hours of work: Monday – Friday 10am-4:00pm
