I am seeking a part time real estate/office administrator. Incumbents in this job may perform all or portions of the following duties and responsibilities.

Job Description/Responsibilities:
· Mailings, designing feature sheets and printing flyers
· Filing, data base management, organization, etc.
· Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
· Minimum high school education, with a preference to college level courses/ diploma
· Minimum 1yr working experience in administration
· Strong communication skills and highly developed interpersonal skills
· Must be extremely organized and have the ability to manage a wide variety of tasks often with conflicting deadlines and priorities
· Motivated self -starter with ability to work independently or collaboratively as a team member
· Excellent judgment and adheres to high standards of professional conduct, understanding the sensitivity of handling personal and confidential information
· High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
· Real Estate experience would be an asset
