Who We Are Looking For

  • Ability to run, administer and organize all project activities in cooperation with and under the direction of Project/Program Managers
  • You perform well in a busy operation and remain calm under pressure

  • Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information as needed
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and status reports
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
  • Make certain that clients' needs are met as the project evolves
  • Monitor and track project&'s progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants
  • Report and escalate to management as needed

Scope of Responsibilities

  • Attend meetings and assist with determination of project requirements
  • Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project plans, budgets, schedules, status and other various project artefacts
  • Chair meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members
  • Create and track the progress of issues/action logs
  • Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, budgets and obligations
  • Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team
  • Keep the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations


  • 1-3+ years of experience in project management or in a project environment
  • Previous experience in cooperating with Project Managers for the delivery of projects
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Working towards a PMP certification is a plus


  • Proficient in MS Project and the MS Office Suite of products
  • Experience with JIRA a definite asset
  • Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment
  • Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
