We have a client in the Guelph location seeking a Receptionist to join their team.

In this role you would be responsible for:
- Answering all incoming calls, greeting and assisting guests and contractors upon arrival
- Processing pack lists and outgoing mail
- Open/Date stamp all invoices, sort and deliver mail to the recipient’s office or mail slot.
- All cheques photocopied and delivered to AR.
- Provide clerical support for other departments, management (such as photocopying, filing, shredding and binding)

Working for a reputable company on a permanent basis
Competitive salary
Hours worked are: Monday - Friday (Day shift)

- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
- Min 3 years experience working as a receptionist
- Previous working experience within a Manufacturing setting
- Strong communications verbally and written
- Team player, positive attitude and able to work independently
- Strong computer skills (MSOFFICE)
- Must have own transportation - NO BUS ROUTE
