Job Duties

- Filing documents

- Answering phone calls

- Scheduling appointments

- Research key labour market information (eg. pay rates)

- Some exposure to HR Generalist type duties

Job Requirements

- 1 to 2 years of office admin experience

- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (intermediate or higher)

- Excellent written and verbal communicaiton skills

- Proven time management and organizational skills

- Strong attention to detail
