Join Our Team: Administrative Officer Job Summary: • Position: Administrative Officer (NOC 13100) • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM 35 hours weekly, 52 weeks annually) • Work Location: 15 Wertheim Court suite 501, Richmond Hill, Ontario, L4B 3H7 • Salary: CAD$28.00/hour, Full-time • Benefits: Health Benefit Plan, RRSP Matching Plan and other

Key Responsibilities: • Handle incoming mail, emails, and packages; maintain comprehensive records. • Develop and manage spreadsheets, conduct data entry, and prepare reports. • Provide assistance to our agents and management team. • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures; implement new procedures as needed. • Establish work priorities, delegate tasks to office support staff, and ensure adherence to deadlines and procedures. • Coordinate office services including accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security. • Conduct budgeting, contracting, and project management analyses; assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls. • Assemble data for periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. • Supervise records management technicians and related staff; manage employee records and customer relations. Employment Requirements & Qualifications: • University degree or college diploma in business or public administration. • Minimum 2 years’ experience in senior clerical or executive secretarial position related to office administration. • Excellent organizational, administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in office software and technology; ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
