Our West Island Client is seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to support their business. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years administrative experience in an office environment.

- Answer and direct calls as appropriate
- First point of contact for all clients and customers
- Maintain relationships
- Manage and order office supplies as required
- Prepare and set up board meetings
- Manage executive calendars
- Arrange for catering as required
- General Administrative duties as required

Advantages

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years administrative experience
- Superior customer service
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to switch priorities as required

- Good knowledge with Outlook
