Title: Office Administrator|
Salary: $35,000, plus benefits
Location: Dorval, QC
Schedule: 8am-5pm, with 1 hour lunch
Our client is a Market leader offering a complete range of metal working equipment and accessories located in the West Island. They are looking for a dynamic, hardworking, detail-oriented candidate to fill a permanent position in their company. In order to apply for this position, you must be fluent in French and English, flexible to wear many hats within the company, and great with data entry! What are the responsibilities of the job?
• Enter transport invoices in system.
• Enter and verify supplier invoices
• Follow up on any data entry errors and correct them
• Deal with customs clearance
• Trade show coordination
• Reception replacement (answering and transferring all incoming calls and any related administrative/clerical duties)

What is Randstad looking for?
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in similar position
• Strong computer skills: EXCEL and DATA ENTRY
• Good working knowledge of Accpac an asset
• Must be bilingual, French and English
• Willingness and flexibility to take on special projects and tasks as needed
