What is in it for you?

What will you be doing?

  • Preparing reports and analyzing assigned areas

  • Developing and improving office management processes

  • Coordinating new hire and existing employees

  • Maintaining manager's calendars and distributing emails

  • Making travel and lodging arrangements

  • Processing expense reports, EMRs and order supplies

  • Attending staff meetings and making meeting minutes

  • Managing calendars and timecard reviews

What are we looking for?

  • Project and office management experience for more than 7 years

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Strong attention to the detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Responsible and reliable

  • Excellent organizational skills
